Repeat prescriptions are medications which appear on the reverse of your prescription which your doctor would like you to continue on a regular basis.

How to request a Repeat Prescription

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in several ways: Please note that you should order your prescription from us directly and not via a chemist such as Pharmacy2U. Please only order what you need, not everything on your repeat medication list each time.

Online

You can order your repeat prescriptions via NHS App (or Airmid app) on a computer, ipad or a phone APP.  You can create your NHS Login (to access the services) via the NHS App. Alternatively you can email us at ymc.prescriptions@nhs.net if uanble 

In Person

We do not accept prescription requests over the phone. We would ask that you to also avoid provide requests in person / using paper. However if you have no other option, fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery. Please do not order any medications you do not need.
