Dear Patients,
Just to let you that our phone system is up and running again.
Dear Patient,
Please note that our telephone system went down at about 8:20 this morning and the technical team is still working on the issue. You are able to call in and be placed on the queue, but once our reception team picks up the call there is no sound.
Please note we are able to make calls out, so if you have a scheduled telephone appointment this will still take place.
Dear Patients,
Our Extended Hours clinics have been outsourced at a Primary Care Network (PCN) level and our receptionists will be able to offer you an appointment Monday to Friday 18:30-20:00 and Saturdays 09:00-17:00. Please be aware that these appointments are limited and designed for patients that are unable to reach the surgery during opening hours.
Thank you!
We are offering Flu jabs to the following cohorts:
Please contact our reception or check our website for updates on how to receive your flu vaccination at the practice!
Dear Patients,

Our practices is participating in the ‘NHS Takeover’ of the Southall parkrun on 18th June 2022.
For more details about our involvement in parkrun, please look at our previous new item from Summer 2021.
We would love if you joined in parkrun, which is for people of all abilities.
On Thursday 28th October 2021, we are switching to a new telephone system called Surgery Connect.
This should improve your patient experience and increase our ability to manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls. All calls will be recorded to help us learn and improve from what we do.
Please bear with us whilst our staff get used to our new telephone system.
From Sunday 24th October 2021, our patients can now receive Covid-19 Boosters / 3rd dose vaccines at the practice. If you are due a Covid-19 vaccination, we will text you a link to book your appointment.
If you do not have a mobile phone, please keep checking our website for updates and then contact reception when the time is right.
We now have a Practice Pharmacy team who manage repeat prescription requests.
It is fastest if you request repeat prescriptions via the NHS App or Airmid app.
If this is not possible, then email your request to ymc.prescriptions@nhs.net
You might receive messages from the Practice Pharmacy team if they have queries about your request or if a review is now due.
